Un territoire unique aux peuples multiples où la Grèce aurait fait naître d’un même geste démocratie et théâtre, où la guerre mondiale fut largement une guerre civile européenne, un rituel de sacrifice aussi. L’espace tragique par excellence. Espace déchiré dans lequel le théâtre de Warlikowski travaille et qu’il travaille : déchirure des identités (nationales, culturelles, sexuelles…), des consciences et des corps, déchirure qui semble être la dramaturgie politique de cette scène. Ses derniers spectacles surtout tissent ainsi un dialogue rageur avec les impensés de l’Europe. Loin de documenter l’Histoire, ils tâchent d’en trouver des lignes de fuite : parce qu’il se fonde dans le corps d’acteurs aux identités aberrantes, ce théâtre propose une singulière contre-Histoire capable de venger l’histoire, pour trouver des issues à ses tragiques apories. The work of Polish director Krzysztof Warlikowski is questioning Europe, its history, drawing from its founding myths, sacred and political, the images capable of staring at it in the face. A unique territory with multiple peoples where Greece is known to have brought democracy and drama, where World War II was largely an European civil war, a ritual of sacrifice too. The ultimate tragic space. A torn space in which Warlikowski’s theater works and that he works: tearing apart identities (national, cultural, sexual...), consciences and bodies, which seems to be the political dramaturgy of this scene. His last works, above all, weave a raging dialogue with the unthought of Europe. Son angle d’approche est toujours innovant et invite le public à une prise de conscience des problèmes inhérents à notre société. Cet article se concentre en particulier sur deux textes de 2015, Allarmi ! et Scusate se non siamo morti in mare, liées à la situation sociale actuelle, à l’émigration, au terrorisme, à la résurgence des idées néo-fascistes. The theatre of the young Italian playwright Emanuele Aldrovandi is located in a Europe and an Italy in crisis.
