A través de novelas, poesía y estudios históricos, se analizan figuras masculinas marcadas por la violencia, la marginalidad, la migración o la sexualidad disidente. Se cuestiona la autenticidad de las llamadas «nuevas masculinidades» y se muestra cómo, en muchos casos, persisten lógicas patriarcales bajo formas renovadas. También se examina la figura del sicario como síntoma del colapso social en contextos urbanos, así como las masculinidades homoeróticas que desafían —o a veces reproducen— los valores normativos. Otros textos abordan la crisis del modelo viril tras experiencias de guerra, exilio o dictadura, y se recuperan voces poéticas que entrelazan afecto, ecología y disidencia sexual. Por último, se ofrece una perspectiva histórica sobre la división sexual del trabajo en comunidades afrodescendientes del Caribe costarricense, visibilizando desigualdades estructurales y formas de resistencia. En conjunto, el dossier revela cómo la literatura y las ciencias sociales dialogan para desarmar los mitos persistentes de la virilidad latinoamericana. This dossier critically explores representations and tensions surrounding masculinities in the Latin American context, and particularly in their literary representations. Through novels, poetry, and historical studies, it analyzes male figures marked by violence, marginalization, migration, and dissident sexuality. It questions the authenticity of the so-called “new masculinities” and shows how, in many cases, patriarchal logics persist in renewed forms. It also examines the figure of the hitman as a symptom of social collapse in urban contexts, as well as homoerotic masculinities that challenge—or sometimes reproduce—normative values. Other texts address the crisis of the virile model following experiences of war, exile, or dictatorship, and it recovers poetic voices that intertwine affection, ecology, and sexual dissidence. Finally, it offers a historical perspective on the sexual division of labor in Afro-descendant communities in the Costa Rican Caribbean, highlighting structural inequalities and forms of resistance. Ainsi, la première partie du volume explore les mutations des chaînes logistiques face à la Covid-19 et la guerre en Ukraine, en mettant en lumière la résilience de groupes comme Inditex et les enjeux du fret ferroviaire. La deuxième aborde l’innovation marketing, notamment dans le secteur viticole, avec l’exemple d’un vin rouge pétillant en Rioja et l’usage de la réalité virtuelle en œnotourisme. La troisième, enfin, prend en compte des problématiques sociétales, telles que la gestion de l’eau en Espagne et la critique de la mondialisation à travers l’éthique des échanges. This volume issues from the "Crises, Challenges, Innovations" international conference held at Nantes University in June 2022. It aims to analyse the specificities of certain geographical and cultural zones in the management of economic and commercial exchanges, especially in times of crisis. It also seeks to demonstrate how during periods of economic struggle businesses are compelled to innovate and adapt. The first part of the volume explores the changes in logistics chains caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, highlighting challenges facing rail freight. The second part addresses marketing innovation in the wine industry, focusing on Rioja sparkling wine, and the use of virtual reality in oenotourism. Le sujet proposé à l’étude était « Comment et pourquoi le droit d’un État ou une langue nationale autorisent-ils des exceptions juridiques ou linguistiques territoriales ? ». Il s’agissait d'une part d’expliquer pourquoi et comment une langue nationale accepte, voire reconnaît, une ou plusieurs langues régionales, minoritaires ou minorées, en se posant la question de leur degré d’intégration, d’acceptation, si elles sont victimes de substitution ou, au contraire, si elles bénéficient de normalisation dans un pays ou territoire (province, État, communauté…) donnés. D’autre part, il était proposé de se demander pourquoi et comment le droit d’un État qui s’applique par principe à tous les citoyens de cet État exclut ou minimise l’application de certaines lois sur certains « territoires », voire reconnaît un droit propre, un droit local à certains de ces « territoires », créant par là même des exceptions régionales et des cohabitations de droits parfois très différents. This issue features a selection of contributions the Trilingual Law Master’s programme conference, which was held at the University of Nantes on 6 December 2019. The programme is run by the Faculty of Law and Political Science in collaboration with the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Cultures. The subject proposed for study was 'How and why does the law of a state or national language authorise territorial legal or linguistic exceptions?' The aim was to explain how and why a national language recognises or accepts one or more regional or minority languages, taking into account their level of integration and acceptance. The study also asked whether these languages are victims of substitution or, conversely, benefit from normalisation in a given country or territory (e.g. a province, state or community). Secondly, the study aimed to explore how and why the law of a state, which in principle applies to all its citizens, excludes or minimises the application of certain laws in certain 'territories', or even recognises specific local laws in some of these 'territories'. Centré sur les notions de genre et de corps, ce séminaire a réuni des chercheurs et chercheuses, issu‧e‧s de champs disciplinaires différents, qui ont analysé des discours normatifs, des pratiques sociales et des représentations artistiques en fonction de leur influence sur la représentation et la perception des corps, notamment féminins, souffrants, non-conformes ou subalternes. À travers le prisme des études féministes, postcoloniales, intersectionnelles ou issues des disability studies, ces contributions étudient des normes de genre commerciales, juridiques, médicales ou esthétiques en interrogeant les façons dont le genre écrit le corps et inversement, les manières dont le corps informe, met à mal ou peut nourrir le genre ou l’expression genrée. This issue builds on the work of the interdisciplinary seminar PAGE (Practices, Discourses and Representations of the Norm: A Gendered Approach), organised between 2019 and 2022 at Nantes University. Focusing on the notions of gender and the body, this seminar brought together researchers from different fields who analysed normative discourse, social practices and artistic representations in terms of their influence on the perception and representation of bodies, particularly female, suffering, non-conforming or subaltern. Initié en 2014, ce projet s’inscrit dans un contexte de "normalisation" des crises, amplifiée par la pandémie de Covid-19. L’ouvrage interroge l’interaction entre « crise » et « création », deux concepts étroitement liés : la crise devient un catalyseur de transformation, tandis que la création artistique agit comme réponse, réflexion ou dénonciation. À travers les contributions de chercheurs et d’artistes, sont analysées des œuvres de metteurs en scène contemporains, ainsi que des pratiques performatives abordant les thèmes de l’identité européenne, de la migration et du traumatisme historique, qui ont foncièrement façonné le projet d’Europe, en constante évolution. The issue Creation and Crisis in Europe examines how crises, which have been a constant presence in recent history, whether political, social, migratory, economic or sanitary, have informed art forms with a social conscience on a European scale. This project initiated in 2014 is part of a general trend of 'normalisation' of crises, a process that has been exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic. The volume explores the interaction between "crisis" and "creation", two closely intertwined concepts. It posits that the crisis becomes a catalyst for transformation, while artistic creation serves as a response, reflection or means of denunciation.
